  • Analyse People Data: Analyse people data to identify trends and develop solutions that enhance employee wellbeing and commercial performance.
  • Provide HR Advice: Offer practical advice on employee relations, including grievance, performance, and wellbeing, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Coach Line Managers: Coach line managers to enhance team support and performance, promoting a culture of engagement, diversity, and respect.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and legislation, championing the automation and streamlining of HR practices.
  • Contribute to HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR initiatives, policies, and cyclical reviews, maintaining open communication channels for advice and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Ideally CIPD or an HR-related qualification, with 2 years of HR experience gained in a busy HR environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently and strategically, compassionate and achievement-driven approach, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
