Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Location: Avonmouth
Hours: 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Time: 9am - 5pm
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Benefits: Free parking

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our small, friendly team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 80 staff across 3 companies using Sage Payroll and making Bankline payments.

  1. Process payroll for approximately 80 staff across 3 companies using Sage Payroll and make Bankline payments.
  2. Record staff holiday and sickness using Sage Payroll, Addtime clocking system, and Outlook calendar.
  3. Update staff payroll spreadsheets with key information.
  4. Upload NEST pension details.
  5. Monitor probation dates and issue staff contracts.
  6. Process PAYE and HMRC payments.
  7. Handle year-end payroll processing for all companies.
  8. Resolve payroll queries.
  9. Proficient in computer usage.
  10. Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  11. Experience with Sage Payroll and P11d.
