As a Commercial Director at Trip.com Group, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and partnerships across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key rail operators across France and the Benelux region, focusing on expanding collaborative initiatives and maximizing mutual benefits.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key rail operators across France and the Benelux region.
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance across all sales channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ticket sales and optimize conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working within a global company is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English, with an ability to manage and foster long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to optimizing performance based on data insights.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial operations or a similar role, ideally within the travel or transportation sector.
