About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of students with special educational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include working one-on-one or in small groups with students, developing strategies to improve their learning outcomes, and contributing to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in achieving academic and personal goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop effective learning plans
  • Provide regular feedback to teaching staff on student progress
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive school culture

What We Offer:
