Salary

£25,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Graduate Behaviour Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students aged 11 to 18 with mental health needs and behaviour changes. This will involve working closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualised support plans, providing 1:1 and group support in the classroom, and helping to manage student behaviour.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as psychology or youth work;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively with students who have complex needs;
  • Knowledge of positive reinforcement strategies and techniques.
