A unique opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Behaviour Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Behaviour Worker, you will work with students aged 11 to 18 who have mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

You will provide individualised support to students, develop strategies to improve behaviour and attendance, and collaborate with teachers to implement Behaviour Plans. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience working with difficult behaviour and mental health.
