Graduate Mental Health Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Behaviour Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will provide support to students aged 11 to 18 with mental health needs and behaviour changes throughout the school day.
As a Graduate Behaviour Worker, you will work closely with teachers to develop Behaviour Plans and provide individualised support to students. You will also contribute to the development of a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Working with teachers to implement Behaviour Plans
- Providing individualised support to students with challenging behaviour
- Developing strategies to improve student behaviour and attendance
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you.
Estimated Salary: £34,400 - £38,000 per annum
