A leading insurer, Eames Consulting, is seeking a highly skilled Catastrophe Risk Analytics Leader to optimize natural catastrophe risk analytics and enhance exposure management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and monitor natural catastrophe metrics, producing and refining group reports.
  2. Optimize exposure management tools and drive automation to improve efficiency.
  3. Manage ceded contracts within exposure management systems.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights.
  5. Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytical projects.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • Over 6 years of experience in exposure management/natural catastrophe risk analytics in the London market.
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and programming skills (Python, Power BI is a plus).
  • Experience with RMS RiskLink and catastrophe models.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
