Early Supported Discharge Physiotherapy Role

Key Responsibilities: As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will be expected to effectively manage a caseload of patients, deliver rehabilitation programmes as an autonomous practitioner, and take a holistic approach in the assessment and treatment of patients. You will also contribute to the maintenance and development of the Physiotherapy Profession within our service and facilitate effective learning within the area of practice for all students and practitioners.
