Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our St Helens Early Supported Discharge team. The successful candidate will provide stroke rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, aiming to regain function and independence after a stroke. This is a community-based post, requiring the ability to travel between visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, Enhanced DBS Disclosure, and evidence of post-registration study in a relevant field. You should have experience in physiotherapy functional assessment, knowledge of clinical reasoning, and an understanding of environmental risk assessment. Additionally, you will have experience in planning and facilitating therapeutic groups, involvement in clinical audit and/or research, and up-to-date knowledge of current best practice in physiotherapy.
