Central Employment has partnered with a global B2B Technology driven organization based in the North East to find a Business Development Manager - SaaS. This role comes with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

The Business Development Manager - SaaS will play a key role in expanding the partnerships team by identifying, engaging, and on-boarding new partners. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and approaching potential partners that match the ideal profile(s) with the aim of securing high-value partnerships.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with prospective partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor partnership proposals accordingly.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to engage potential partners using various channels such as email outreach, networking events, conferences, and social media platforms.
  • Onboarding new partners, which may include helping with integration setup and training.
  • Providing ongoing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership launch.
  • Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in partnerships or business development roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
