About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team at Boeing Defence Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to meet operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory and resources to optimize maintenance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
