Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Administrator to support our procurement team in Newry. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administration experience, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting in cost-saving initiatives
  • Generating, analyzing, and presenting indirect spend reports for management review

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, early finish at 1:15pm on Fridays, with hybrid working options available.
