**SupplyChain/Planning Administrator**
Our client a well-established engineering company located in Tyrone are in search of an **Planning Administrator** to join their team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling production requirements into an operational production plan
- Processing orders from Sales team onto order systems
- Liaise with customer contacts regarding order planning
- Recording and presenting data of sales/order and stock trends
- Develop new spreadsheets and presentations as required
- Ensuring the continuity of supply to meet customer requirements
- Monitoring supply schedules on a daily basis
- Liaising with relevant personnel and customers to ensure plans are accurate and achievable while ensuring efficiencies are maintained
- Check product specifications and make adjustments where necessary
- Set up of product code on Navision
- Assisting within the Primal Shipping department
- At least 2 year’s office administration experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational, planning & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong IT skills
