Position Description

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of M&E equipment across various sites in the City of London. Your primary focus will be on planned preventative maintenance and emergency response.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Address any faults or issues promptly and effectively
  • Liaise with clients to discuss their needs and requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant qualification in mechanical engineering (City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ)
  • Desirable: Apprentice-trained background
  • At least 1 year of experience in building services maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday
