Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in building maintenance and be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, including checking tap temperature, water flushing, AHUs, air conditioning systems, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and generators.
  • Conduct daily inspections of plant areas, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and organization.
  • Execute water management control measures as outlined in the Water Risk Assessment, such as flushing and temperature monitoring, while maintaining precise documentation.
  • Address and resolve tasks logged in the system, prioritizing workload and responding swiftly to emergency and reactive maintenance requests.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Package and Benefits:
  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Travel expenses paid by the company.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • 20 days annual leave.
