**Job Title:** Critical Services Technician

**Company Overview:** CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building.

As a critical services technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' buildings, particularly those with critical facilities such as data centers and security rooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide technical support.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver services.
  • Update and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance records.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or engineering fields.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • City & Guilds certification and 18th Edition qualification.
  • Proven experience as an engineer in building services.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:** £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
