We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at Nando's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature PERi-PERi meals to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to Nando's high standards, ensuring that every guest has a great dining experience.
  • Set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe and fully operational workstation, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Contribute to the deep cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant areas, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and hygienic.
  • Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures, ensuring that our guests and team members are always safe.
