About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Enable as a Team Facilitator, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support, enabling individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to develop and implement person-centred support plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to support staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
- Manage individual budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual with experience of working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs. You will have a strong understanding of person-centred planning techniques and be able to deliver and lead excellent support practices.
Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload while working under pressure.
