We are seeking a dedicated Risk and Quality Facilitator to join our team at ENABLE Scotland. As a Risk and Quality Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bespoke care to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Developing and implementing robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments
  • Managing individual budgets and ensuring effective use of resources
  • Collaborating with the management team to strengthen our service and support our frontline staff

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
