About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our GenAI powered solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that connect Amazonians with information, resources, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Defining Product Vision: Collaborate with business leadership to evolve and refine the vision for our products.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across the company to gather and document requirements.
  3. Feature Prioritization: Establish feature prioritization and create ambitious but achievable roadmaps.
  4. Acceptance Criteria: Define acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing processes for products.
  5. Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feature delivery in line with requirements.
  6. Product Metrics: Define product metrics to measure successful use of our products by customers.
  7. Launch Monitoring: Monitor the execution of new product and feature launches to ensure they meet expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  • Experience in Product Ownership: Owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition experience essential.
  • Feature Delivery Experience: Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product essential.
  • Critical Thinking: Representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning required.
  • Technical Background: Technical product management, program management, or engineering experience necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Chat-Based Solutions: Experience building and deploying chat-based solutions.
  • Adoption of New Tools: Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

Salary Range: Estimated $140,000 - $170,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards and location considerations. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
