Job Title: Regional Director of Human Resources

Join Amanresorts International Pte Ltd as a Regional Director of Human Resources and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in HR operations. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of multiple hotels within the EMEA and Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to property HR leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Lead regional projects in line with the global HR strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous work experience in EMEA and the Americas.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
