Fortrade is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Growth Specialist to join their team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with valuable information on trading CFDs and introducing our range of products and educational services.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment & education objectives.
  • Product Education: Provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make trading decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing their needs.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (after 3 months' probation period) plus uncapped commission and bonus.
