Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee 360° event planning and ensure flawless, high-end experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Event Management: Oversee all stages of event planning, from concept to execution.
  • Creativity: Develop unique event concepts that cater to our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Venue Liaison: Establish strong relationships with key venues and have an understanding of their operations.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure personalized experiences for our clients.
  • Supplier Coordination: Manage suppliers and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver seamless events.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in event management within a catering company.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong budget management and multitasking abilities.
  • London multi-site venue experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations. A salary of £40,000 is offered for this position.
