The Role

Our European marketing team is seeking an experienced Events Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting event strategy in Europe, planning and executing large-scale customer events with over 1,000 attendees, and collaborating with the field marketing team on smaller community events and industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies to engage delegates and enhance their experiences.
  • Lead assigned tasks and ensure the successful execution of key deliverables, including but not limited to: supporting key European Summits, crafting differentiating experiences for core and executive track attendees, organizing event logistics and production, maintaining budget and procurement, internal communications, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of corporate event experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale conferences (1,000+ attendees) with a focus on logistical planning and execution.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven excellence in participating in cross-team program management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels.
  • Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
