Job Title: Strategic Sales Executive

Join Macrobond Financial as a Strategic Sales Executive and play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-Level and Line of Business executives, identifying new business opportunities and developing account plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the DACH business, targeting key customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Management, to identify new market and product opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, showcasing the value of Macrobond's solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the software and data-driven solutions market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German, with a strong understanding of the DACH market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
