Job Description

Freight Personnel is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Logistics Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our top 15 clients, ensuring service level targets are met and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the Logistics Team Manager and Sales Team to maximize business opportunities and secure new clients.
  • Order Management: Process and manage all quotes, job bookings, and orders in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Systems and Technology: Be proficient in the use of the live console and CX platform, as well as Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reporting and Quality Control: Provide regular reports on activity and results, and conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a same-day courier or time-critical logistics environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and operate in line with company values and behaviors.
  • High level of attention to detail and process orientation, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Confident and competent in inbound and outbound business phone calls, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
