We are seeking an experienced SEMH Education Manager to lead our SEMH Primary School, which caters to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.

The Role:

As SEMH Education Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on the strategic vision and direction of the school
  • Fostering a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement
  • Managing and supporting staff, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Developing and implementing individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community
