**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant at Career Teachers. This role plays a vital part in supporting pupils with their personal and behavioural development.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide assistance to pupils with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Enhanced DBS disclosure, preferably on the update service.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies that meet the individual needs of each pupil.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of **£25,000 - £30,000 per annum**, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for our refer-a-friend scheme, where you can recommend a friend for a new teaching or support role and receive £125 for every successful registration and 10-day work period.
