Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our team on a supply basis.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to provide a high-quality service
  • Providing additional support to pupils with SEND

Our client schools are located in Hackney, and we offer a competitive salary of £25-30 per hour. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience working with primary aged children (EYFS, KS1, and KS2)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
