Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at SANZA Teaching Agency. As a teaching assistant, you will be working in primary schools across Haringey, providing support to teachers and pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. You will have the chance to work with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualised support to pupils with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a primary school setting, preferably supporting pupils with SEN. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with teachers, pupils, and parents.

Job Description:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Reception to Year 6
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage positive behaviour in the classroom


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a primary school setting
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
