This exciting opportunity is part of our innovative residential service in Oxfordshire, specialising in providing safe therapeutic environments for those who have experienced trauma and disadvantage.

As a key member of our team, you will provide one-to-one counselling and group work to support individuals struggling with drug or alcohol misuse. You will also conduct strength-based assessments and work with individuals to create care plans, promoting visible recovery and helping them achieve their goals.

With a focus on delivering high-quality services, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support. This includes collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
