Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss their outstanding debts and agreeing on repayment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish suitable repayment arrangements with customers, aligning with the portfolios acquired by the company.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines, including the CSA code of conduct and legal requirements under the Data Protection Act and FCA rules.

Requirements

  • Experience in a contact centre is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and maintains composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Empathy towards customers' situations.
  • Commitment to achieving results and excellent punctuality.
  • Familiarity with dialler systems is advantageous but not required.
