  • Optimize income recovery and develop indirect and direct debt cases.
  • Produce template and free format letters to communicate with clients.
  • Drive debt income recovery and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to share case progress.
  • Seek expert guidance from in-house solicitors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to investigate cases and solve problems.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
