Recoveries Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
- Conduct direct branch case reviews and administrative tasks.
- Optimize income recovery and develop indirect and direct debt cases.
- Produce template and free format letters to communicate with clients.
- Drive debt income recovery and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the management team to share case progress.
- Seek expert guidance from in-house solicitors when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to investigate cases and solve problems.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
