Job Title: Staff Nurse - Fertility Centre

Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to specialize in fertility care? We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at the Hewitt Fertility Centre, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

About the Role:

  • Assist in egg collections, recovery of patients pre and post sedation care.
  • Participate in clinics, including one stop infertility, and NHA and self-funded IVF appointments.
  • Teach patients how to perform injections and explain treatment cycles/pathways and medications involved.
  • Assist the specialist nurses at ultrasound appointments and provide patients with information and next steps.

Requirements:

  • RGN/EN with relevant experience and competency.
  • Working knowledge of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Scope of Professional Practice.
  • Standards for the Administration of Medicine.
  • Records & Record Keeping.
  • Awareness of the HFEA code of practice.
