About The Role
Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our regional customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and website requests.
- Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers to maximise upselling opportunities.
- Deliver best-in-class service through effective management of inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
- Administer hire contracts and ensure timely and accurate completion.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual with a proven track record in customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using your own judgment and initiative, and be an effective team member with a collaborative approach.
