As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to our regional customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and website requests
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver optimum customer service
- Take ownership of the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Coordinate hire contract administration and ensure timely completion
