Job Summary:

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients to help grow our customer base.
  • Sales Support and Account Management: Aid the Business Development Manager in developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Technical Sales Support: Assist in identifying client needs and recommending appropriate equipment to fulfill their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Help maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for the Business Development Manager and Hardware Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Educated to degree level - ideally with some experience in Sales/Account Management, although this is not mandatory.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships adeptly.
  • Ambition and Drive: Ambitious and driven.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independence and Proactivity: Capable working independently and proactively.
  • Resilience and Organization: Resilient and highly organized.
