About the Role:

iO Associates is seeking a highly driven Sales Professional to join our team and drive the commercial growth of our cutting-edge robotics client in the Food and Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new accounts and manage the sales funnel to conversion
  • Increase penetration across additional sites of key accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Influence and close business with stakeholders at all levels
  • Attend industry trade shows to promote the company
  • Provide customer insight to the product team
  • Conduct customer site visits (approx. 80% of time)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission scheme
  • OTE of £25,000-30,000 in your first year of sales

  • 22 days holiday plus public bank holidays

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in capital sales
  • Experience in developing business within Food and Beverage/FMCG sectors (not essential)
  • Consultative approach with managed sales cycles from 2-12 months
