iO Associates is proud to partner with a cutting-edge robotics company to recruit a sales professional who can drive the commercial update of their proprietary AI-driven robotics. With significant financial backing from multi-million-pound business investors, this company has established a strong customer base across the Food and Beverage industry, offering affordable automation solutions to the masses.

We are seeking a highly driven individual with impeccable attention to detail and a proven ability to close large capital sales. As a Sales Executive, you will have the autonomy to drive the ambitious growth plan of these next-generation AI robotic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new accounts and manage them through the sales funnel to conversion
  • Increase penetration across additional sites of key accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline, including regular updates to senior management
  • Influence and close business with stakeholders at all levels, from Production Manager to CFO
  • Attend select industry trade shows to promote the company (UK and overseas)
  • Provide customer insight to the product team
  • Conduct customer site visits (approximately 80% of your time)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme
  • OTE of £25,000-30,000 in your first year of sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in capital sales
  • Experience of developing business within the Food and Beverage/FMCG sectors (although not essential)
  • A consultative approach that has managed sales cycles from 2-12 months
