Patent Lifecycle Manager

G2 Legal Limited is a leading intellectual property firm known for its excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a Patent Lifecycle Manager to join our Cambridge office.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge IP firm and contribute to its prestigious team. The successful candidate will have at least five years of prior experience in patent administration and a comprehensive understanding of patent procedures and documentation.
The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, and we offer a flexible working arrangement of two days a week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the lifecycle of patents, including filings, renewals, and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and handling correspondence with clients, patent offices, and attorneys
- Monitoring and managing patent-related deadlines
- Providing exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on intellectual property matters
- Maintaining and updating the firm's patent database
Required skills and qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in patent administration, strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in relevant patent management software and tools.
