The successful candidate will have 12 years of post-qualification experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with significant experience in neurodevelopment disorders. They will also possess excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and communication skills in English.
The role offers a competitive salary of £125,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, the position attracts a Golden Hello payment of up to £5,000 and a Relocation Package of up to £8,000.
Job Description
This is a newly developed Neurodevelopment Specialist Grade post, which requires the incumbent to work on the Sussex-wide Neurodevelopment pathway across Sussex CAMHS. The role involves providing high-quality specialist clinical assessments, including relevant psychiatric and physical investigations to children, young people, and their families in a range of settings.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other members of the team to plan and deliver appropriate individually tailored treatment plans. They will also contribute to the development of the functioning of the team and the overall service model for the whole of the Neurodevelopment care pathway provided by Sussex CAMHS.
