About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming service to our students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct flat viewings, inspections, and lead sales conversations to showcase our properties and meet sales targets.
  • Plan and run events for our students, promoting a sense of community and engagement.

  • A caring and warm individual with a positive attitude, able to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • An excellent communicator, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
