We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Classpop. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level support to our CEO and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10-15 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  2. Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
  3. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements:
