Birmingham-based Katie Bard is currently recruiting for a skilled Executive Team Assistant to support their senior management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling internal meetings and managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to the highest standard.
  • Overseeing team budgets and processing invoices and expenses efficiently.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinating special events and projects, ensuring seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will possess solid executive experience at C-suite level, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team.
  • Scheduling internal meetings and managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to the highest standard.
  • Overseeing team budgets and processing invoices and expenses efficiently.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
