About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism Pathways, a specialist setting for adults with Autism. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents with complex needs and behaviours
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar setting (adults' Autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs)
  • Hold or be willing to undertake Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends
  • Calm and confident individual with a positive understanding and attitude towards complex behaviours
