About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism Pathways, a specialist setting for adults with Autism. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents with complex needs and behaviors
  • Develop and implement individualized activity programs to promote independence and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with Autism or complex needs
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
