Job Title: Flexible Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Flexible Support Worker to join our team at Autism Together. As a Flexible Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism in our services across Wirral and NW Cheshire.

About the Role:

As a Flexible Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered support to individuals with Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Accompanying individuals to leisure and personal activities, as well as supporting them to attend work or day-time activities.
  • Maintaining good domestic standards within our services, encouraging individuals to participate in all domestic activities.
  • Providing personal care and support as needed, including administering medication (full training provided).
  • Preparing meals with individuals, ensuring they have a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Supporting individuals through times of anxiety and risk behaviors.
