About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with Autism and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar setting (adults' Autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioral needs)
  • Currently hold or be willing to undertake Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents, including weekend working
