Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventories, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, and assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
