Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team in Walthamstow, UK. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventories, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, and assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude is expected.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and health benefits.
